Materials

The most common and most widely used material, almost any technology can work with it. Eg for watches, jewelry, pendants, glasses.

The most common marking for aluminum is white marking, but it can also be burned and deep engraved. To mark or decorate as gifts or utility items, or anything.

In our experience, it responds outstandingly to white marking. For example, jewelry, pipes, pins, handles, signs.

By burning, we can create high-quality markings. For example, for jewelry, other ornaments.

This form of marking can be applied to almost any material, since the coating material - which can be painted or chemically colored - is removed from the surface. The characteristic will be given by the original material that emerges in this way.

By combining white and black surface markings, a more contrasting, more visible result can be achieved.

In almost all cases (be it plexiglass, acrylic or polycarbonate) the technology called foaming can be used, but with precise settings the coated painted layer can also be removed from them, so the result will be a striking contrasting surface.

Rubber-like materials are present in a very diverse composition in our everyday lives, so their labeling can also produce varied results. In most cases, the dark surface is light and the light becomes dark under the influence of the laser. It is worth coating the marked surface, because the marking of rubber surfaces is not specifically wear-resistant.

It is worthwhile to apply the technology primarily to artificial wood bases with a homogeneous surface (eg MDF, HDF), but with certain trade-offs we can also apply it to surfaces with natural veins. The heat absorption capacity of such a surface is not uniform, so the result obtained will not be the same.

Mostly dark marking can be done on a white surface, but a whiter effect can be achieved on a brownish base. Combining this with the dark, an aesthetic and contrasting effect can be achieved.

By direct heat treatment of the surface, we can create labels and patterns with various effects, just like with the use of laser pastes.

Small stones can be provided with a graphic surface, it is worth choosing a product with the most homogeneous surface material. In case of natural stones and minerals, we should always make a test.

Using a relatively low energy laser, a variety of patterns and surfaces can be created on this material, usually after removal of the top layer, the base layer becomes visible.

In the case of stronger, non-plastic-based textiles in particular, both patterns and inscriptions can be marked.
