Our laser machine with its 290mm x 290mm x 290mm work area and the lens developed for this task is excellent for the controlled marking of most materials with the right quality and strength.

This specific configuration allows us to work with all types of materials, from the softest plastics to the hardest metal alloys, for which our customers have quality labels, and decorations.

What do we need for our work?

  • MINTADARABRA! PRÓBADARABRA!
  • The size of the workpiece to be marked.
  • The material structure indicators that make up the workpiece.
  • Number and quantity of workpieces to be marked.
  • Surface cleanliness of workpieces (need to be cleaned or can they be marked immediately?).
  • Terms of delivery and return.
  • Information on packaging, storage and possible warehousing.

With the laser technology work is preceded in all cases by the creation of an engineered file, edited in vector graphic form. This is required for the control application to properly control and calibrate the laser head unit. The plan prepared in this way guarantees the success of the work, so in order for it to be as perfect as possible, we need as much information as possible about the idea.

Several vector graphics files are compatible with our system: * .ai; * .plt; * .dxf; * .dst; * .svg; * .nc; * .g; * .elc; * .gbr; * .bot; * .bin; * .igs

If you have the desired marking vision in "only" image format, the following file types are useful to us:

These are: * .bmp; * .jpg; * .jpeg; * .gif; * .tga; * .png; * .tif; * .tiff

A test piece or sample of material on which tests can be performed is very advantageous and effective.

Safety regulations, list of unmanageable materials:

The most materials can be handled seamlessly with laser technology, but as in many cases, there are exceptions:

  • Flammable, gel-like, waxy, plastic-like materials are not suitable for heat-based machining, they should be marked and modified mechanically.
  • Plastic-based fabrics, i.e., man-made fiber materialsdo not tolerate this technology, either, and the material can ignite very easily during handling.
  • Electronic ribbon cables and PCBscannot be marked in their entirety either, they may require increased precision, because any damage can no longer be repaired afterwards, but their contrast marking can be ensured in a “blind” area.
  • To bottles or plastic bottles containing flammable liquids cannot be applied the technology. Here, even any residual vapor gases can be dangerous. In this case, the markings must be made on bottles without contents.
